● 12個月以上嬰兒副食品：滿1歲的時候，寶寶已經開始長牙齒，嬰兒副食品量就可以再多一些，若沒有過敏反應，可以開始嘗試軟米飯、碎肉、碎魚等小丁狀食物，爸媽也可以開始建立寶寶的飲食習慣哦！
